25th June Day 1
Left home @ 5.30, destination Nata Bird Sanctuary. The idea was to book in at the campsite, but see if we could camp on the pans
Due to various delays we only made it to Woodlands outside Francistown. It was the coldest I’ve ever experienced in Botswana with it getting to 0 by 8 pm and -3 overnight.
We were all in bed by 9 pm
We had to camp outside the main camp , as it was fully booked
Not such happy campers
Someone (who shall remanin nameless) couldn't get to his teef the next morning
